Yogyakarta is a city with numerous thousand-year-old temples as an inheritance of the great ancient kingdoms.
This city is one of the foremost cultural centers of Indonesia. From strolling through the living museum of The Kraton or The Keraton (Sultan’s Palace), to hanging out at the famous Alun Alun, to watching silversmiths produce amazing jewelry at Kotagede and maybe try a splurge shopping up at Malioboro road.
Chasing sunrise in famous temples like Prambanan and Borobudur in the neighboring town of Magelang, are only some of the many more ways to never get bored in this relatively small yet bustling city.

Arrive Yogyakarta, Meet and greet by our representative & proceed to Megalang. drive to Borobudur Temple Arrive at Borobudur, get the entrance ticket at entrances gate, then walk through the beautiful gardens, up the stairs to reach the courtyard around Borobudur Temple. We are not allowed to go up to the temple, but from the courtyard around, we can see the statues with different hand positions from 4 different angles, we can see on the open basement a piece of relief from the Mahakaramawibangga story (stories that contain the moral teachings of cause-and-effect), and take pictures with the whole temple as the background. Return to Yogyakarta, Chk in to the hotel. Overnight at Hotel. Lunch and Dinner at Local Restaurant.
After breakfast, your driver will pick you up and proceed for city tour of Yogyakarta. Tour starts with visit to Sultan’s Palace. Part of which is a Museum. Visit Taman Sari Water Park. You will also visit Malioboro area which is one of the largest Batik Centres in Indonesia. Here you have artisans to show you different process of Batik Painting and Processing. Then proceed to Prambanan temple, the biggest Hindu Temple of 9th century , that compound by Brahma Siva and Vishnu temple surrounded by thousands small temple. Overnight in Yogyakarta. Lunch and Dinner at Local Restaurant.
After breakfast, free and easy and check out formalities. Your car will pick you up and transfer you to the Airport.
